Parking

The Doubletree by Hilton O’Hare Parking garage is the same as the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center garage. When you turn onto Williams Street from River Road, drive straight into the DESCC parking garage. Self Parking is $23.00 per day with in/out privileges (validate ticket at Front Desk to receive this rate); Valet Parking is $28.00 per day.

Internet Access

High Speed Internet is available in the guest room for $12.95+tax for 24 hour access. Wireless is available at the same cost in our lobby area. High speed internet is complimentary for Gold and Diamond members who have their Hilton HHonors number on their reservation.

Pet Policy

Doubletree by Hilton O’Hare/Rosemont allows you to travel with your pets up to 50 pounds. A deposit of $100 is required, with $75 refundable at time of check out based on room inspection ($25 non-refundable). Pets must be caged if left unattended in guest room for the safety of our employees.

If you are in need of a refrigerator for medical reasons, guests can store items in the refrigerator behind the front desk at no charge.
Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $200 mandatory cleaning fee.
