BC Bistro & Lounge, located adjacent to the lobby, is a 200-seat, full-service restaurant that reflects the latest culinary trends with a heavy emphasis on fresh, local and regional products. Set in an upscale casual atmosphere with an attractively priced menu and an international flair, BC Bistro & Lounge is open from 6:30 am to 12 Midnight.
Enjoy our full breakfast buffet each morning or try our signature dishes such as the onion soup baked in an onion cup, pretzel roll Ruben and Sizzle Platter--shrimp, scallops, sausage and rice. In addition, BC's offers low calorie dishes, such as salmon salad, turkey wrap and cedar pine white fish.
The Lounge also focuses on local offerings, serving a wide variety of local beers, as well as regional and international wines. The signature "BC Martini" features 2 ounces of Crowne Royal Whiskey, 2 ounces of Apple Pucker, 2 ounces of cranberry juice, shaken to perfection and garnished with an apple slice.

Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse embodies the big city dining experience with big flavor steaks and chops, fresh fish daily, and enormous lobster tails—all matched with an extensive wine list. An evening out at Gibsons will include a fun and happening atmosphere with light entertainment, large portions of great food, and uncompromising service.
The locals are the heart and soul of Gibsons, some of them enjoying the food, service, and party atmosphere 3 – 4 times a week.
